Activity and Production

Our main activity is the production of duck and goose foie gras, meat and heat processed meat products.

Our production facilities are located in the village of Okop, near Yambol on 6000 sq.m. of built area that comprises the Slaughterhouse and several Processing Plants for meat cut-up, packing, heat treatment and preservation.­

The Feather Processing House prepares raw material for producers of down and down products.

The Compound Feed Plant and Grain Storage Facility provides raising and fattening of ducks in own specialised farms located in the region of Yambol.

Our production capacity is 800 000 birds annually.

The Slaughterhouse and Processing Plants are built and function in full compliance with international standards and are one of the best facilities of their kind in the country.

Alliance Agricole – ALAG Ltd. has been certified in compliance with the International Featured Standards for auditing food safety and quality - IFS Food Version 7.

The last audit certificate is dated 18 December 2023.



We have high-standard production procedures and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) based system with set rules for quality control and full traceability of the end product.

"Alliance Agricole - ALAG" Ltd.'s traditional markets are Bulgaria, France and other member countries of the European Union. Our clients are large processing establishments, supermarket chains, wholesalers, restaurants, etc.

"Alliance Agricole – ALAG" Ltd. offers a wide range of fresh, frozen and heat-treated duck products under its trademark "Patesa".
